Step One: Design
- In-home consultation — we walk your yard, talk through how you want to use the space, and get a feel for your home’s architecture and your budget.
- Site analysis — we evaluate your lot’s grade, soil, existing structures, and utilities before drawing anything, so the design we hand you is actually buildable.
- Custom design & 3D renderings — you’ll see your pool rendered in 3D, with material and finish options, before we ever break ground.
- Engineering & permitting — our team prepares the structural engineering and manages your building-permit and HOA submittals.
Step Two: Construction
- Excavation & steel — we excavate to your design’s exact specifications and place the structural steel that gives your pool its shape and strength.
- Plumbing & electrical — all pool plumbing, electrical, and equipment pad work, done in-house by our own crews.
- Gunite shell & decking — the structural shell goes in, followed by your decking, tile, and coping.
- Interior finish & startup — we apply your interior finish, fill the pool, balance the water chemistry, and walk you through operating your new equipment.
- Final walkthrough — we walk the finished pool with you before you ever get in, so nothing is a surprise.
